I request you ask Terry Ray how the Rio Linda group handles the 3-person team in a 4-person scramble. I think it is a fairer way than Oak Grove has handled it in the past. There is two parts to the solution. 1) the rotation and allowing a 4th shot at each spot, not just a 4th putt. 2) the handicap calculation - Terry Ray will have to tell you how that is calculated, I do not know how that is calculated.
